Custom Solution: Horse Trailer Redesign

A leading specialty trailer manufacturer approached MFG CWP looking to upgrade their enclosed two-horse, straight-load trailer. Their goal was to improve both the design and functionality, creating a trailer cover that offered style, durability, and superior weather protection.MFG CWP proposed a V-shaped FRP design, engineered to maximize the trailer’s longevity while providing a

sleek, modern aesthetic. Using a hybrid molding process that combined vacuum infusion and light resin transfer molding, we produced a trailer cover with a smooth, flawless finish on both sides.
