Weir plates play a crucial role in regulating water flow into launders and troughs, and our fiberglass weir plates are engineered to deliver precision, durability, and long-term reliability. Using match metal die molding and advanced fabrication techniques, we produce weir plates with flat crests, V-notches, or square notches, giving operators the exact flow characteristics their systems require. Available in lengths up to 20 feet and heights up to 4 feet, these plates are built to handle demanding treatment environments with ease.

To keep floating solids where they belong, out of the launder, our fiberglass scum baffle plates provide dependable protection. Positioned directly in front of the weir plates, these components help maintain cleaner, more efficient system operation. Like our weirs, the baffle plates are produced using match metal die molding or high-quality fabrication methods. We also offer custom-molded baffle supports in both gusseted and L-shaped configurations, designed to accommodate mechanical cleaning equipment and streamline plant maintenance. Sizes are available up to 20 feet long and 4 feet high.
